apkmaz11 Terms and Conditions – Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

By accessing, registering on or using the apkmaz11 platform in any capacity – including browsing, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager – you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. apkmaz11 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Use of apkmaz11 is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

apkmaz11 takes underage access seriously. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. Any funds deposited by an underage player will not be returned and any winnings generated will be void.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their care do not access the apkmaz11 platform. apkmaz11 recommends the use of parental control software to prevent underage access to online gaming and betting platforms.

apkmaz11 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit across all methods is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-value deposits may trigger additional verification steps in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

apkmaz11 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges – these are beyond apkmaz11's control and are your responsibility to check with your provider.

Withdrawals from apkmaz11 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified owner. In circumstances where the original deposit method cannot receive withdrawals, apkmaz11 support will assist in arranging an alternative verified method.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be processed in stages at apkmaz11's discretion.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: Typically under 3 minutes, available 24/7 including weekends and public holidays.
• NayaPay and SadaPay: Typically instant to under 10 minutes.
• Bank IBFT: Same banking day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM; next banking day for later requests.
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 banking days depending on your issuing bank.

apkmaz11 does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is undergoing identity verification, if a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or if the withdrawal triggers an automated review under our fraud prevention systems.

apkmaz11 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. Each offer is subject to specific terms that are published alongside the offer before it is activated.

General bonus conditions that apply across all apkmaz11 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each individual offer page.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry point result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who create multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will have all accounts and balances voided.
• apkmaz11 reserves the right to cancel any bonus that it reasonably believes has been obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of the promotion or violation of these Terms.

apkmaz11 does not change the terms of an active bonus after a player has already accepted it. If a promotion is withdrawn before a player has had a reasonable opportunity to complete it, an appropriate alternative will be offered.

All bets and wagers placed on apkmaz11 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after the betting window has closed, except in the specific circumstances set out in these Terms or in the individual game's rules.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface before a bet is placed. These limits may vary by game type, account tier and any active promotional offer.

In the event of technical malfunction or connectivity failure during a game session:

• Casino games (slots, roulette, Andar Bahar): the round result is determined by the game server's record of the session state at the point of disconnection. The game provider's decision is final.
• Crash games with auto cash-out: if a player disconnects with an active auto cash-out target set, the auto cash-out will execute at the target multiplier if it is reached before the game crashes. If no auto cash-out was set and the game crashes during disconnection, the bet is lost.
• Sports bets: bets already confirmed before disconnection stand as placed. In-play bets that fail to transmit due to connectivity issues are not valid and will not be accepted retroactively.

apkmaz11 reserves the right to void bets in exceptional circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions that materially affect the game outcome, or evidence of collusion between players.

The apkmaz11 Refer a Friend programme allows existing players to earn PKR bonuses by referring new players to the platform. Referral bonuses are paid upon verified referral, which requires the referred player to register using the referrer's unique link, make a qualifying deposit of at least Rs 500, and complete the minimum play-through on that deposit.

The following conditions apply to the Refer a Friend programme:

• A referred player must be a genuine new registrant who has never previously held an apkmaz11 account.
• Self-referral – using your own referral link to register additional accounts – is strictly prohibited and will result in all related accounts being closed with balances forfeited.
• Referring players under the age of 18 is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
• The 30-day tracking cookie applies from the date of the referred player's first click on the referral link. Registrations after this window are not eligible for referral credit.
• Referral bonuses earned fraudulently or in bad faith will be reversed and the referring account suspended.
• apkmaz11 reserves the right to modify the Refer a Friend programme terms, tier structure and bonus amounts at any time, with reasonable notice to existing participants.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on apkmaz11 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registering multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim bonuses more than once, or abuse any platform feature.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to place bets, interact with games or access the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting any bug, technical error or pricing mistake to obtain an unfair advantage. Players who discover such errors are required to report them to support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, using stolen payment credentials, or using the platform to facilitate money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification processes.
• Attempting to transfer funds between player accounts except through authorised apkmaz11 mechanisms.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward apkmaz11 staff or other players.

apkmaz11 employs automated fraud detection systems and conducts manual account reviews. Suspicious activity will be investigated and accounts found to be in violation of these prohibitions will be closed permanently with all balances forfeited.

apkmaz11 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal conduct.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary self-exclusion).
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

In cases of voluntary closure or inactivity, the account holder's verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be paid out to their registered payment method following successful verification.

In cases of closure due to Terms violation or fraud, apkmaz11 reserves the right to withhold the account balance, reverse recent transactions and report the matter to relevant authorities. Players disagree with a closure decision may contact support to initiate an appeal process within 30 days of receiving notice.
